Use a platform superadmin account. Tenant admin credentials do not work on the platform shell.

Platform Superadmin Login

Enter your admin credentials to continue.

Bootstrap/reset is handled operationally through bin/auth_bootstrap.php.

On successful login you will be redirected back to the originally requested admin page.
